1.Sign in

Staff log into the ATP app quickly and securely using individual logins, ID badges, or RFID tags. You stay in full control of access across your organisation.

2. Choose a workflow

From the workflow library, users simply select the vehicle safety audit. Workflows are customised to your processes, so staff always follow the right steps.

3. Start the audit process

Each vehicle in the depot must be checked before leaving the yard to make deliveries. A vehicle is logged by its licence registration number and all checks are then carried out by the operator to check tyres, wipers, lights, bodyworks, sanitisation, etc.

4. Choose an action

For every inspection step, the operator selects an option: Passed, Advisory, or Failed. This keeps checks consistent and ensures nothing is missed.

5. Record issues instantly

If an issue is found, staff can add notes or details for the maintenance team. ATP then sends alerts and reports automatically, so problems are flagged early and action can be taken quickly.
