1. Sign in

Users log in securely to the ATP app. Access can be managed for individuals or groups, and staff can even scan an ID badge or RFID tag for quick sign-in.

2. Choose a workflow

Each workflow is tailored to your processes. Users simply select the task they need to complete - no confusion, no wasted time.

3. Pick an action

From adding new stock to moving or checking items out, users just tap the action they need. ATP keeps everything simple and consistent.

4. Start scanning

Open a session and scan new items as they arrive. ATP instantly records the details, so nothing is missed.

5. Scan trolleys for easy tracking

If items are placed on a trolley, ATP scans the trolley too - creating a group of assets that move together. This makes bulk handling fast and efficient.

6. Verify instantly

Every item is checked against product details like batch numbers and expiry dates. ATP ensures only valid stock is stored, reducing risk and errors.

7. Keep adding items

Users can scan as many items as needed. ATP automatically logs times, dates, and details, saving hours of paperwork.

8. Smart memory features

ATP remembers previous scans, like trolley IDs, so repetitive tasks are faster and easier for staff.

9. One-Tap completion

When finished, users tap “Done.” ATP double checks the data and securely syncs it to the cloud or server - even working offline until a connection is available.
