Staff simply scan laundry bags on arrival - whether ordinary or soiled - then empty and check the contents before loading items onto conveyors. Any issues, such as missing tags or damaged items, can be flagged instantly.

Once processing is complete, clean laundry is dispatched using a smart, configurable decision tree that fits your operation.

Every step is tracked in real time, with volumes, assets, and events automatically synced to the cloud. This gives you full visibility, detailed reports, and complete end to end control.

Streamline bulk laundry processing

Digitally track every stage of your laundry operation for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.

1. Sign in

Staff sign into the ATP app using secure credentials, ID badges, or RFID tags. Access is fully controlled by your organisation, so you know exactly who is using the system.

2. Choose a workflow

Once logged in, each user chooses the workflow they need. Workflows are tailored to your processes, so users follow clear steps for each task.

3. Start a laundry session

ATP opens a new laundry session, ready to track items as they are scanned. A summary table will fill with each bag and item as they’re added.

4. Scan laundry bags on arrival

Bags are scanned as soon as they arrive. Regular bags can be opened and checked, while soiled bags are logged and sent directly to the conveyor for cleaning.

5. Check and load contents

For regular bags, staff empty the contents, scan the items, and confirm the count matches. Items are then loaded onto the conveyor for cleaning.

6. Capture asset details

Each scanned item is logged in ATP with its unique ID, ensuring full visibility and traceability across the workflow.

7. Raise unexpected events

If there’s an issue - such as a missing tag, damaged item, incorrect contents, or an issue in processing - staff can flag it instantly. Events are recorded and can trigger alerts for quick resolution.

8. Laundry in workflow complete

When all dirty bags are processed, the user taps “Complete.” ATP verifies the data and syncs it securely to your server, if there is no internet connection, ATP safely stores the data on the device and updates automatically once reconnected.

9. Decide what goes where

With clean laundry ready to go, ATP helps staff decide what needs to be dispatched, where it should go, and in what quantity. Items not fully clean can be flagged for re-processing.

10. Customisable Decision Tree: Start

ATP provides a step by step decision tree to guide dispatch. You control the options and rules, so laundry always follows the right path.

11. Complete the decision tree

The final step in the tree shows exactly where clean laundry should be delivered. Locations are treated as assets, giving you full reporting on both items and destinations.

12. View dispatch requirements

ATP lists what needs to be sent, in what quantities, and to which location. Staff can prepare one or multiple bags for dispatch in the same session.

13. Prepare clean bags for dispatch

Clean bags are scanned, filled with the right items, and confirmed using RFID. ATP now knows which items are in each bag, where they are going, and who handled them.

14. Laundry out workflow complete

With bags ready, the session is closed. Items are loaded onto trolleys or cages for dispatch, and ATP records the movement. Optional RFID scanners can automatically log items as they leave the facility, giving you full end to end traceability.
