1. Sign in

Staff log into the app using their unique ID. Shared devices can also scan ID badges for quick access, keeping things simple but secure.

2. Choose a workflow

From the workflow library, staff select the fire exit audit template. Each template guides them step by step through the inspection process.

3. Start the inspection

Staff work through a clear checklist for each fire exit - checking lights, bars, signage, and more. Results are logged digitally, replacing old paper forms, with automatic reports created at the end.

4. Simple pass or fail

Each checkpoint is marked as Pass or Fail. If a problem is found, the system instantly notifies managers so action can be taken without delay.

5. Organised by building

Workflows are set up so each building has its own page, keeping inspections clear and structured. This makes it easy for staff to follow the right path through larger sites.

6. Split by floors

Within each building, inspections are broken down by floor. This improves readability and ensures nothing is missed. Even if the app is paused, progress is saved and staff can resume exactly where they left off.

7. Record unexpected issues

Auditors can log anything unusual during the check, such as blocked exits or damage. Adding notes ensures every detail is captured and alerts the right people to take action.

8. Complete and sync the audit

Once all exits are checked, the auditor taps Complete. The results are saved, synced to the cloud, and turned into a PDF report. Any failures or notes are sent as alerts so they can be dealt with quickly.
