Members portal and event booking for the IDI

We are proud to be working with the IDI to launch a new online member portal, designed to make it easier for members to manage their membership, book events, and access exclusive content.

Every year the IDI hosts study days and conferences, bringing members together to network and learn about the latest developments in their industry. Previously, managing registrations for exhibitors, delegates, and speakers was a manual, time-consuming process that required a dedicated team.

Using our Unity Bookings & Events Cloud Software (UBE), the IDI can now manage these processes seamlessly online. Members are able to:

• Register for events in just a few clicks

• Book accommodation and meals

• Schedule one to one meetings with other delegates and exhibitors

Secure payments are powered by Stripe, giving members a fast, simple, and reliable way to pay event fees upfront.

With real time reporting, the IDI can now track event progress at a glance - from delegate registrations and bookings to exhibitor sign ups. This insight allows the IDI to compare events year on year and plan future events more effectively.
